I use it in a casserole and it adds just the right amount of flavor. (I haven't tried it as a soup on its own yet. ) It's difficult to find celery soup without gluten, but this one is delicious. To me, it was well worth the money. However, I wish I could purchase it through Amazon Prime. If necessary, I'll continue to pay for shipping because my recipe would be incomplete without it.
I followed the recipe exactly (two tablespoons soup mix to one and a quarter cup of water). Because it was flavorless, I used the entire packet. As a result, for $5. I drank a cup of soup when I was 49 years old. The celery was never softer than it was when it was dried. It had been a nightmare.
I love how gluten-free and delicious this is! Simply whisk in heavy cream (for a thicker sauce) over medium heat, stirring constantly. Chicken pan-seared with salt, pepper, and roasted garlic. I added the chicken to the sauce and cooked it for another thirty minutes on low heat. Served over rice, this dish is quick and easy to prepare for the whole family. a budget-friendly weeknight/quick dinner option.
Living a gluten-free lifestyle because you have to means that everything you eat or touch must be completely safe. I'm glad I discovered these to help me add flavor when I need it.
In my tuna casserole, I use cream of celery, and I'd been craving it since going gluten-free following my celiac diagnosis. This mixture is both cost-effective and delicious. Yum!.
It was delicious in a gluten-free dressing I made for Thanksgiving. I had to eat a spoonful of the soup on its own, of course. It was impossible for me to believe it wasn't gluten-free. free.
It was a little thin, so I'll use less water or the milk option for mixing next time. I'm already planning my next order! I'm so glad I found a replacement so my hunk can eat his favorite foods!.
This is what I use in place of the Campbell's one. It performs admirably. All you have to do is pay close attention to the instructions. The thickener will clump if you don't stir it constantly while it's cooking.
