Use by the end of December, according to my packages. We've had them for about a year now, in the year 2016. Other Bear Creek products in larger cans from Costco, on the other hand, have lasted well past their expiration dates.
Is it possible to prepare it ahead of time and store it in the freezer?
I'm not sure how to answer that because it's more of a personal preference; if you want it to be clumpy, just add a little water; if you don't, just add more water.
If you're asking about the potato soup, I'd say yes, but I'd use skim or 1% milk because it's quite thick.

Everything about it appeals to us, and it's a great way to entertain guests. However, fresh broccoli is added after the mixture has been thoroughly mixed to remove any lumps. As a result, the broccoli begins to boil in it. Broccoli can be crisp or soft depending on your preference, and we eat a lot of leftovers. It's worth noting that the broccoli in the leftovers softens to the point where it almost melts. And for us, that only adds to the flavor. This is not a light or diet-friendly dish in any way. We use it as a light sauce for broccoli when serving to someone on a diet.
Cooks. This soup from Bear Creek was recommended to me by a friend. I was pleasantly surprised at how simple this soup was to make and how tasty it was. I tried all of the Bear Creek soups in the variety pack, and they were all delicious, but my favorite is the cheddar broccoli. During the cooking process, I throw in a bag of frozen broccoli florets. Before serving, I always add more shredded cheddar cheese to the top of the bowl as a suggestion.
This soup is a hit with us. My mother says: We were introduced to it by law, and after that, we were hooked. Flavorful, quick to prepare, and ideal for unexpected visitors or lunch. To make it more interesting, I'll occasionally add more broccoli and possibly some cooked chicken - to prepare a soup meal as a main course Add biscuits or rolls, as well as a salad, to complete the meal.
