This fills my 6 quart pot to the brim. Cooked chicken, potatoes, fresh corn, and other ingredients can be added (and I do) to make a tasty soup starter. It's a cream-based soup, just so you're aware.

What kind of planning do you do?

It's a quick and easy meal to make, but it's incredibly tasty: ) All you have to do is peel and dice a few potatoes, then simmer them with some chicken broth and the Corn Chowder mix. I am confident that you will enjoy it.
