Green chili is more spicier than red chili, but they are all almost the same level, by the way. The curry will be too spicy for you if it is too dry. Maybe more coconut milk will be necessary.

My experience as a second chef at a Thai restaurant used a similar, if not the same, product, which means that it is what I was used to. My desire to make my own delicious curry still remained after I left that job, so I settled for buying the grocery store's red curry instead. This is not the same as the other. This is one of the hottest reds I've ever tasted. When it comes to spice, I don't complain about it or find it too spicy, I love it, I Red curry paste isn't what I'm used to for the hot curry, but green curry paste. Maesri Thai red curry was wonderful, so that's what we did. I do not mean to sound negative, but it is still hot, but not quite so unbearably so. Tastes great, has a lot of flavor, and is well balanced. The red, green, chili paste, chuchi, and panang pastes from this store are great. I think they are all.

Finally a red curry paste with the rich Thai flavor that is found in Thai restaurants around the world. There's no doubt about it it's hot, the hot that I want when I order food. It would not have been possible to try it without the reviews I read elsewhere.

Every now and then my kids and I have Thai curry at Thai restaurants. They love it and know what to expect. I have tried making it at home with the items I can buy at the store, but it's just not the same, is it? This sounded worth a shot, so I figured I would give it a This is amazing. The food is good, but the weather is so hot. wasn't certain if it would be okay for my 4-year-old to eat it, but he did. As a way to beat the heat, my older kids (tweens) each had seconds and drank an entire gallon of milk. You might want to try it if you're looking for something a little bit more spicy than what you'll find in the supermarket.

If I had a jar with a twist off/on lid, I would purchase it, but I place it in a jar I use and refrigerate it for later use. I would say that the heat is moderate, not overbearing. While this stuff is somewhat pricey, it's no worse than local groceries, and it's a much better product. A little goes a long way, as well. I am overall very happy with my purchase.
