I just want to let you know that it isn't Indian curry. In my opinion, it also tastes best with pork. I can get this on Amazon for slightly less money than I can at my local Asian market, and I get it delivered right to my house. When it comes to flavor, the Vermont brand is better than the SB brand.

In Vermont Curry, there is an ideal balance of spice and sweetness, and it is a flavor everyone can enjoy. The Vermont Curry Roux is not hot, as I should add if you have never had it before. It is not even hot enough for me to reach the "hot" level. To add some heat to this curry, I recommend Kokumaru or adding some cayenne pepper/powder. It has a delicious, deep flavor though, and I highly recommend it to everyone (especially families with kids, my two year old absolutely loves it).

I have never encountered a curry that holds up as well as this Japanese Curry. If you like, you may also add cubed beef or chicken to the pot along with onions, carrots, and potatoes. You will have a delicious meal to serve with white rice that will impress all your family and friends.

It is very convenient to be able to order it from Amazon since the closest store to me doesn't carry this product. There is nothing better than a great There's a hint of sweetness and it's mild. There is an amazing beef curry stew that we make using this product. The product is fantastic! Just what I was looking for if I liked my curry to be a bit mild.
