The reason for four stars is S&S In the past two decades, the flavors of curry I used to eat in the B company have diminished. I have been using this brand for a long time. This is my first batch I'm not thrilled about since the curry flavor was not as great as I expected. In order to achieve the flavor I was looking for, I had to mix the curry powder with another curry powder l had in the house. Nothing like this has ever happened. They are still my favorite company to buy from, and I will continue to do so. There is a lot of good stuff produced by this company.
Our favorite part about it is that it is flavorful without being too spicy. It's also possible to have hot ones, but the mild suits our taste better. The user interface is simple and straightforward. Chocolate squares that you can break off and cut into the size you need and melt in a pan with stock or water. As well as lamb curry, it makes a good curry. Don't be afraid to do.
Patak's curry in a jar is very In my opinion, I prefer golden because it comes in a cube and that I can use it to add flavor to anything, not just curries.
As I serve it, I make a very tasty, rich sauce that goes well with chicken and rice. The flavor is slightly curry-like and there are other mild tastes as well. As well as making a sauce to drizzle over roasted vegetables, I use it for making a sauce. The product I purchased is satisfactory to me.
The Japanese curry I make most often is this one. My visit to Coco Ichibanya while I was in Japan brought back memories. As Amazon's prices tend to be higher than those of most other retailers, you will want to get it when it is low.

It is no longer available at Walmart, where I used to buy The curry chicken recipe works great with it.
Marked up but not a big deal. Very consistent, great taste. I would not recommend for those who are intolerant to wheat or yeast.
