no experience with Trader Joe's sauces, but the flavor of their version is delicious, despite the fact that it smells primarily of garlic and chilies after they are blended. In fact, the heat here is quite mild This seemed to be much easier to down than Huy Fong's sauce to take in similar amounts. The Rooster sauce has a higher Scoville rating, and it has a dry heat with an appealing tang that hangs around for a long time. It is my sincere hope that this will help.

However, I give it 4 stars even though I don't think it's authentic. The next time I purchase it, I'm going to taste the real Thai brand. Do not misunderstand, I find this stuff very good and I use it every day, however I wonder if the Thai version will be as good as the English version A five-star rating. It is hot. Based on my experience, I would say that it is definitely spicy hot, but on a scale of 1 to 10 On a scale of 1-10, I would say most people rank 7 or 8. The following is an edit made on I realized I needed to update this last week, but I have now done so I am updating my rating to five A picture of what they use in the Thai restaurant that I love so much was taken when I went there. We then left dinner and went to an Asian market just down the street to buy the food. My mom was using it when she came home from work. In comparison to this Trader Joe brand, the Thai stuff is much more sweet tasting in my opinion. After looking at the sugar content, I see that it has 5x more sugar than what we got from Trader Joe's. In the end, the most important thing for me was realizing that I preferred the taste of Trader Joe's less sweet to that of Starbucks. In light of all of that, I will not be ordering this Trader Joe's product anymore. I will instead go with the Thai restaurant version instead.
It's a little too hot for me when it comes to Sriracha. The sriracha sauce has a medium level of heat, but the taste is impressive. Although my husband usually doesn't like hot sauce, he agreed with me that it had a great taste. brushed sriracha and honey sauce over salmon in a simple way, but the sauce did not overwhelm it.
It is a reasonable price with a great.
There was an issue with TJ's being sold out. I wasn't sure when or if they would be able to replenish the I purchased this item from Dillard's, which I believe was more expensive, but it was better than skipping it. My favorite condiment is Sriracha with pronounced garlic. While I like it in general, this is my favorite due to its strong garlic flavor.
My dissatisfaction was heightened when the SRIRACHA sauce bottle cap was broken when it was delivered and I couldn't use it. WORRIES aside, I have a capped bottle from another bottle which I will use. DIDNT WANT TO KEEP YOU IN THE dark.
The food is delicious. A small amount of heat is added to the recipe. No chemicals are used in the making of this product. The cons are
It doesn't even come close to the Huy Fong brand in terms of spicy flavor I would actually exaggerate if I called it mild. The scorching flavors don't overwhelm the mild flavor so I wouldn't have noticed it was supposed to be spicy if it hadn't said 'sriracha'
We ended up pureeing our own hot peppers (a mix of Thai and scorpion peppers) and mixing them into the mixture to produce a decent sriracha sauce.
Quite tasty, I must say!.
