Because pasta (since this is dried pasta after all) does not tend to go bad very quickly, I don't think I ever asked myself this question. As an Amazon user, I have been buying Rustichella pasta assorted flavors on various sites for years and have never had a problem.

It's hard to say no to Rustichelli pasta, is it? It has a great This is a beautiful Takes the sauce from the table. The skin absorbs the EVOO well. If you want to treat yourself to a special meal, go for it You can substitute Chef Boy Ar Dee (Boiardi) instead. Rustichelli is the only food my grandson eats at age two. I love it! It takes longer to cook these penne noodles than ordinary penne at an American grocery store, but they are delicious. They give off a good amount of starch when cooked, so the pasta water can easily be added to sauces if necessary. The noodles from these stores are worth the price over those from the grocery store.
