I assume this product is now in bags instead of boxes based on the reviews. What I am trying to figure out is Can you tell me if this bronze is extruded or cut? As far as I can tell, there is no labeling. ?

On the package, it does not say that. A durum wheat semolina imported from Italy that is 100% durum wheat.

The flavor of the food is perfectly rich

Since I am Italian, I am very particular about the texture and taste of pasta. This pasta is wonderful! Yet it stays tender and never goes mushy. This is the perfect thickness for holding up. We now consider it to be our new favorite pasta dish. There is no indication of when Amazon will again offer the product, which disappoints me. In the future, I will seek out this brand in other places. This is excellent.

Despite the recent packaging change, my pasta continues to be delicate. I have been ordering this pasta for quite a while, and it has been great. I really enjoy both the flavor and the texture of this dish. Having a problem. Pasta that is typically packaged in boxes has previously been packaged in bags. A thin plastic bag was suddenly substituted for the thick ones. It is horrible to carry those bags. It burst every time. I ordered a case of this pasta and each bag burst either during shipping or when I put them on the Pasta cannot be held in the plastic because it is too thin. If you don't store your pasta in glass jars, use caution. I store mine in glass jars, so I don't have any problems, but you should.

It's wonderful to find organic Italian pasta at a very reasonable price. I prefer imported organic Italian pasta in general, and this brand is my favorite and the most affordable. The food is delicious and cooks up well. There are no words to describe how highly I recommend it.

Make sure I don't run out of pasta by unsubscribing. You should never shop in a There is a good amount of flavor in this Pasta and the noodles are soft, but firm enough to hold their shape. This chewy delight is absolutely divine even if the pasta is not fully cooked.

In six cases, the seams at the back were split

Upon opening the box and placing the bags on my pantry shelf, six of the bags had split at the seam, and I had pasta spread across the shelves. It would be great if I could have a replacement or refund.
