In spite of the fact that my husband loves pasta, he has health issues so I only serve him whole grain pasta. Having learned about the extra chromosomes in modern wheat (which is basically genetically modified), I made the decision to try the Einkorn wheat, which is considered the original of all heirloom wheats. give it a try. In addition to my husband, I also enjoyed it very much. We also used spaghetti (we own it). You can cook it just as you would any other vegetable it has a lovely texture, a mild flavor, and is very easy When it comes to health matters, you can do your own research if you're interested, but the quality and accuracy of what you find is paramount. It would have been my taste alone that would have influenced me. The einkorn is our favorite grain over plain pasta, even though we like whole grain already.
I love this food! My favorite thing about eating pasta again is that I can feel good about it. Pasta like this cooks up well and holds up to whatever I cook it with. For my mac and cheese, I boiled the cauliflower and baked it. In any case, it did not fall apart. The flavor did not disappear. Whenever I shop for pasta, I always buy the Einkorn Traditional The Whole Wheat I received was perfectly fine. This is the first time I have seen a Whole Wheat version of Jovial. My only option now is to eat six boxes of Whole Wheat, which I actually do not like. I have learned a lesson.
