It never seems worth the points to me to eat pasta when I do WW. There have never been 3 points per serving with this product! What I mean is. There are 12 points in the bag as a whole! 3 is the maximum I can get I can usually make 4 meals from a bag, depending on what I am cooking. The pasta is similar to regular pasta, and frankly, I cannot tell the difference. It tastes the same and it feels the same. Amazing! I love.

A mistake might have been made regarding the amount of fiber in this product. I ate an entire package of the pasta, i. e. 100 grams of fiber a day for six days straight, and it didn't have as much of an effect as eating two Fiber One chewables. The flavor is good, but the price is way, way too high for the value. Taking into consideration the cost of the package and the amount I ate there, it works out to just under 6 dollars a package. Although it tastes good, it is not that great, especially since I doubt there is much fiber in it. I just did not think the price was worth it.
