Morelli Pasta is a product I learned about in an episode of the Joe Rogan Experience Podcast. He explained the differences between wheat produced in the old country and wheat grown in the United States. In order to try Morelli pasta, I searched online and I read how it doesn't leave you feeling extremely full and causes you to have an energy crash. In fact, it was good, I ate a very healthy portion, and afterward didn't feel excessively full, it was really good, you should try it, I won't be buying any other pastas in the future.
It only appears to be a bunch of FAKES in the comments. As a person who knows good pasta, I know what is good. This pasta is very good, as I can only say so myself. Other members of this group do not have the qualifications to comment. In order to understand, I have stayed many nights in northern Italy and all along the Greek coast line. Having been there and having done that, I know what it is like. There is a good pasta out there.
My first purchase of this product was through Eataly in NYC, but I was happy to discover it could also be purchased on Amazon from Il Mercato. Having the right amount of basil and garlic and just the right taste makes it unique. I served it with red wine and tomato sauce and shrimp, rather than the traditional red sauce. It was delicious. I absolutely love this. Take it for a test drive. There is nothing to be disappointed about.
Whenever I have these noodles, my wife makes her own For less money, I found them at TJMaxx.
In short, yes. Prices are high. Despite being delicious, they are not very difficult to cook to al Pasta is a special treat for those who are limited in their intake of carbs.
I store it in my pantry as a staple, to share with my family and friends.
I love how flavorful it is.
