It seems that wheat (durum semolina) and water are all there is in the package. I know that packaged pasta is the best pasta that I have ever tasted.

I loved the flavor and texture of this pasta, and it was relatively easy to cook to a perfect "al dente". Although I was a little concerned it would arrive broken, it didn't. When I need to eat gluten, this pasta will do. I have to be mindful of the gluten in my diet but if I must, this pasta will do. Since it comes from the region in which my family comes from, I know that they make good pasta there.
