It never occurred to me that I would find an acceptable substitution for regular pasta, but here we are

The only Chickpea Pasta we buy at this point is Bonza's. When we tried switching to vegetarian eating, we needed to eat pasta more often, but we wanted something with more protein, and I had to ditch grains, especially wheat and gluten, so we tried a number of alternative pastas and this was the only one we found that we loved eating regularly. I like the taste of it. My experience with this pasta is the closest I have found to the experience of regular pasta. In my opinion, it has no negative effects on It's a toss-up between the linguine and the rotini for me, and my husband prefers the linguine. One issue I have is that it does stick together more tightly than the others. It is only a small issue. Although I have added a tiny bit of olive oil to the cooking water, I haven't seen many results. You can top it with sliced raw tomatoes, raw broccoli or peas, and 2 teaspoons of olive oil, garlic, and grated Romano cheese. It was delicious!.

Carb pasta is not as bad as we think! I love the pasta, the flavor is just as good as regular pasta, I don't miss it at all! It looks great in a basket, especially if you use it to give a gift

a bit pricey for pasta per se, but I do hope that as the Garbonzo product catches on, prices will go down. However, if you are attempting to cut down on carbs, this is a great choice!.

It would have been best if I had read the reviews more carefully. If I had done so, I would have seen that 70 have no access, even if they are global. As a result, I followed the instructions and tasted it throughout the process and the results came out Not a fan of the flavor. It would not be something I would buy again and certainly not for the price of $8 While I'm looking, I will keep trying.

I love this pasta, but the two packages arrived in only a thin plastic envelope that didn't appear to be padded! There were large pieces of noodles inside of both boxes. What are you doing?! Are you kidding me? It is hard to imagine that such an insignificant package could possibly protect dry, long pasta noodles?.

This is the best pasta substitute ever!! There are no other pastas we use but banza! Your diet can be improved by eating chickpeas without having to add extra flour to your diet! I give banza FIVE STARS and a HIGH FIVE! In addition to their shapes and textures, they have many other options!
