By the taste of it, capers, vinegar, and about a pound of salt were used. To make them edible, I had to drain some of the liquid and replenish with vinegar. These have a ridiculous amount of salt.
At least two years have passed since the package was last opened! br>Open and keep refrigerated for at least 3 months with a tsp of cider vinegar on top. br>If mold appears, use a sieve and rinse under running water; the food will still be edible!
Two caper bottles are included in the package.
I find them to be quite tasty, and I use them on pizza, chicken picata, and other dishes. At this price, we can use them on a wider variety of foods, such as salads. I can't tell the difference between this brand and others. I'm going to order some more!

These are appropriately sized small capers with excellent texture and flavor, and the price I paid here on Amazon is less than a third of the price of small jars at supermarkets. The GLASS bottle is stenciled with the name of the Producer in Spain, the US Importer, the lot number, and the expiration date of 11/13/2021, in addition to the product information shown. "Capers, water, salt, and vinegar" are the ingredients listed. Sanniti is an expert in her field. My order was also wrapped in two layers of bubble wrap. br>Last night's dinner was garlic butter capers over pasta, and tonight's dinner might be a mixed salad with feta and capers. Happy, happy, happy.
Because it was the only way I could find capers, I had been purchasing them in small jars and using them sparingly. I was a little worried these wouldn't taste good because they appeared to be such a good deal, but I'm glad I tried them. I can use them as much as I want, and they taste exactly like the more expensive bottles I was using previously. These are particularly delicious in crab or tuna cakes. So good!.
It's a good product, but it's not to my taste; I prefer saltier foods. They're only a micron smaller than Roland's small jar capers on average, but they're a lot cheaper.

This jar is the same size as one you'd find at Costco, but with the added benefit of being delivered!
