I didn't use it on bread; instead, I used it to make a flat pie. br>It only fit on one crust, so I topped it with another and baked it. It turned out similar to the "Fig Squares" I used to buy as a kid. Those are my favorite, but I couldn't find them anywhere, so I created my own. br>Excellent product, quick shipping, and a reasonable price!.
