I've experimented with a variety of kalamata spreads, including Mt. Vikos is the best, with a rich, almost wine-like flavor. A small spoonful on top of deviled eggs is one of my favorite things to do. a great way to dress up plain stuffed eggs! And keep some of this tapenade on hand whenever you have a bread and cheese board- It really brings the flavor to a new level.
