Mango Chutney is a chutney made from mangoes. It's an acquired taste that isn't for everyone. However, if you lived in Southeast Asia as a child, you would have grown up eating this delectable addition to your meals. I mostly use it for curry, but I also use it as a steak sauce in the same way that A1 or Heinz 57 would. There are a lot of chutneys out there now, but none of them compare to Major Greys. The secret lies in the type of mangos used in its preparation. It's delicious!.
Because this Hot Mango Chutney is hard to come by, I purchased a six-pack. I use it to make a chutney cheese dish that would be incomplete without the Hot Mango Chutney. I also use it to make curry, and it's delicious. It's far superior to their regular Mango Chutney.
It's especially good with salmon, which I eat once or twice a week. Pan- Grill a salmon fillet, then top with a dollop of butter and a dollop of hot mango chutney. It should be poured over the salmon. Yum!.

It's great in stir fries and salads with cold meat.
