Questions & Answers

What are the chances of that happening? If it costs $40 for only 36 ounces, why is it 31 cents per ounce?

I bought Pearls garlic-stuffed olives without thinking about the price because I wanted something genuine and imported. Since then, I've discovered similar products at my local Aldi that are just as good and cheaper.

What is the list of ingredients for organic pitted kalamata olives?

Hello, here's what you'll need: Water, organic wine vinegar, salt, and organic extra virgin olive oil, organic kalamata olives Thank you very much!

Could someone please explain how 42 ounces of olives can be purchased for $41? 81 equals a zero. 32/oz? Thank you very much. ?

Although Pearls produces a good product, I must admit that it is more expensive than comparable products available on the shelves of local markets.

Is it just me, or do these seem a little too salty? What's the point of sprinkling them with so much salt?

Brine-curing, which involves soaking olives in salt water for a period of time so that the olive ferments and preserves the olives, necessitates the use of salt.

There was no information about crediting one jar and it was not a returnable item
4/5

These have already proven to be excellent. Despite the fact that they are expensive, one of the six jars in the case was broken and small pieces of glass were strewn about. I was able to rinse the five jars and they are fine; however, I will not be returning the broken jar. It would be great if there was a way to only get credit for the broken jar.

There are no bottles that have been broken
5/5

The packaging is excellent. The flavor is fantastic. NO pits. I was concerned after hearing that some of the other reviewers had received broken bottles. That was not an issue for me. I placed an order for six cases. Bubble wrap was used to individually wrap each bottle. There was no way those bottles could move because they were in a small box. That box was contained within another box. That other box was in my pantry order as well. br>br>Up to this point, I've only used one bottle. The olives had a delicious flavor to them. There were no pits in any of the olives I used in a recipe in which I chopped the olives. I would order from them again and recommend them to others.

It's as good as, if not better than, the higher-priced brands
4/5

Green olives with stuffing, especially garlic stuffed green olives, are one of my favorite foods. I'm not a professional taster or anything, but I've tried a lot of other brands that cost anywhere from $10 to $100. a hundred percent more I'm not a huge fan of Pearls small pimento green olives (they're a little too bitter for me), but these are incredible. Significantly superior and significantly less expensive. I had already finished an entire bottle on the first day. Maybe it's due to gluttony, or maybe it's just because they're THAT good. I'll most likely check the shelf life and order 50 bottles if they last that long.

What a lucky break! These are, without a doubt, the best martini olives on the market (whatever that term means)
5/5

I mean that I can't think of a better olive to go with my vodka martini. I've looked for it and put it to the test. Aside from the exceptional olives, their customer service is second to none. Any issue or situation involving their products is quickly resolved by a real person, not a computer program. You will never be satisfied with any other olives after having tried theirs.

The price is high, and the jars are broken
3/5

$30. 00 for six smallish jars of garlic-stuffed green olives seems a bit excessive. When TWO of those jars are broken, it's considered highway robbery. Those jars had been broken for such a long time that they were completely dry. The stuff rattling inside could be heard by whoever packed that box for shipping; if I could hear it, so could the packer. br>br>The olives in the unbroken jars had a pleasant flavor. However, at the current price and considering the damaged jars, I seriously doubt that I will purchase them again.

There's too much salt! The olives have a pleasant flavor, but they are excessively salty
3/5

You can't eat them on their own because they're too salty. I'm not sure why they feel the need to add so much salt to these; it's completely unnecessary.

Olives that have been stuffed with garlic
5/5

Green olives with garlic cloves stuffed inside. It is up to the individual to like or dislike them. I grew up liking them because my roots are in southern Italy. They are not readily available in most stores. The Pearls brand is the most similar to the ones I ate as a kid. They're a wonderful addition to any salad, in my opinion.

The finest olives for a martini
5/5

I used to buy these all the time in my neighborhood grocery store, but now I can't seem to find them in any of the stores in my neighborhood. Other brands are overly salty, squishy, or have a strong garlic flavor. These will go great with my Friday night martini: firm, savory but not overly salty, and garlicky I'm overjoyed to finally have a bulk supply of them!.
