Questions & Answers
I mix half white vinegar and half Apple Cider Vinegar that has been fermented.
One jar and one box of refills are included in the package. There are four pouches in the refill.
The jar isn't big enough to hold a whole cucumber, but if you have one, you can use it.
I'm not sure about the "self-seal," but the kit is extremely simple to use. I still have pickles from last year that are delicious. Because the top is so tightly fastened, I suppose it does seal in some of the air.

However, the recipe calls for keeping it in the refrigerator overnight. As a result, when I saw 10 minutes, I decided to give it a shot. I purchased the "kit," which included instructions, a cute little canning jar, and, I believe, four packets of seasoning, which included salt, dill, and other spices. Because who wants to make only 9 oz of pickles, I didn't use the jar that came with the kit. So I used two packets per quart in my quart mason jars, along with some fresh dill from my herb garden. So the pickles were good after ten minutes. However, after being refrigerated overnight, they were extremely tasty. This is also stated in the instructions. Overall, I think this kit is a lot of fun, and I've already ordered refills twice. I also tried the "horseradish" flavor, but it didn't appeal to me as much. I attempted to improve it by adding dill, but the dill overpowered the other spices, so what was the point? I'm a big fan of the "Dill-Dill-Dill-Dill-D However, it has a "delicious" flavor.
You'll love these dill pickles if you like traditional dill pickles. Excellent flavor, and it comes together quickly. It's simple to do. This is a fantastic way to get rid of your cucumbers from the garden. These would make wonderful presents! The packaging is also eye-catching. colorful. I'm going to buy some more!.
I bought the Dill kit, and I have to say, these are far superior to store-bought brands. I made them with distilled white vinegar and refrigerated them for two weeks. So delectable!.
I've always wanted to try pickling, and at this price, I figured it was worth a shot. It was simple to use, and the pickles turned out to be superior to store-bought pickles. I'll try regular picking again in the future, but this was a good first try to show me how it's done. br>br>If you get this, my one suggestion is to cut your pickles into burger chips (sideways), as I see them labeled at the store. I planned to cut cucumbers lengthwise, but as soon as I took one out of the jar after a few days, the brine level dropped dramatically. I hadn't considered this, and as a result, parts of the pickles were lacking in brine due to the length of the cucumber slices.
Making pickles was a breeze with this kit! The pickles were tasty, but a little salty; otherwise, I have no complaints, and I would recommend this to anyone who is making pickles for the first time!.
The instructions were printed on the jar, which made it even better. It said you could fit two cups of vegetables inside, but no matter how hard I tried, I couldn't. It's closer to 1 1/2 cup.
I had to have it because I'm a pickle fanatic. As soon as I got home, I started making them. Then I found myself in desperate need of more! Making pickles is simple if you know how to boil water and slice a cucumber. They should last three weeks, but who am I kidding? In a few days, they will be gone. Pickles that are truly amazing.
delectable taste It was super easy to make, and I tasted my pickles the next morning. I used English hot house cucumbers, which aren't the best cucumber for pickles, but they were what I had on hand. They aren't the same as store-bought versions - Mine is more appealing to me. br>br>Note: If you're looking for a unique way to express yourself, try using the words "creative Per bottle, I used one cucumber from the hot house. I threw a small amount of it in a salad because it didn't fit.
