Large bag, delicious flavor, excellent for okonomiyaki

With Prime membership, the product arrived quickly and in good condition. The amount of shaved bonito flakes in the bag was full and fluffy, despite the bag's light weight. The bag has a good seal around it. To keep the shavings from absorbing moisture from the air, store them in the refrigerator after they've been opened. Overall, a fantastic product that, given the bag's size, I believe will last a long time. To add tons of flavor to okonomiyaki, all you need is a good pinch or so.

The flavor and quantity of product are excellent for the price; however, the seal can be finicky, and if the flakes get stuck, it will not seal properly.
