Is the bag vacuum-sealed or does it have air in it?

Although the bag is not vacuum sealed, there isn't a lot of air in the resealable package. There is very little dust at the bottom of the bag, and the flakes are quite large. It's a hit with my cats.

It has a wonderful aroma and flavor. For my family and cat, this is an excellent snack. As a seasoning, it's great in rice, burgers, and sausage. In Dashi, this is incredible. Because these shreds are much larger than I'm used to, making broth takes a little longer.
