It's not a secret that I love miso soup, so these are an absolute it, drop it on the ground and scatter the flakes throughout the gym

It only took one use of the flakes to smell like New Jersey in my pantry. The next step for me will be to order more. P. Oh, I see. As these are very similar to the bonito flakes I used to use when I lived in Tokyo, you can be sure they are It is not a good idea to let your cat know that.

This is used to make dashi (a Japanese stock made with bonito flakes and kombu seaweed) and I also use the dashi to make miso soup (just put miso and vegetables in). I enjoyed it a lot! Even though I am not a bonito flake connoisseur, I find these to taste and smell delicious! The thing is, they will keep for a very long time, which is a nice.
