As a result, having this Hondashi is essential to me because it allows me to make all of my favorite Japanese dishes without putting in a lot of effort (making bonito broth from bonito flakes) or spending a lot of money. Dashi stock can be found in a variety of Japanese dishes. I made tempura udon and otonomiyaki with it, and they were both delicious. A simple product with a lot of flavor.
