The bags were retrieved, except for one. After soaking overnight, I drained the soaked lentil and rinsed it to make cooking faster. The bag in question refused to cook all the way The lentils taste sour. I'm not sure if that is because they are old or not. The one batch I managed to cook ended up taking 2 hours in the end. There was just something wrong with the center part of the dish. In the end, I threw it away. I usually take me 30 minutes to do it My hope is that there was just one bad bag whose timing was off. It takes 45 minutes maximum to cook a In addition, the other 3 batches I made came out great and according to plan.
