DRY YELLOW SPLIT PEAS COOK IN 20-30 MINUTES WITHOUT SOAKING: Dry yellow split peas cook in 20-30 minutes without soaking. It will be easier to puree them if you cook them for longer. Chemicals are not used. However, they are not gluten-free, which disappointed me because I have celiac disease in my family.

These are extremely tasty

I don't believe I've ever purchased something from Amazon that had no or few reviews. But after doing some research, I decided to trust this brand and provider, and I'm very happy with the results. The product was well packaged, there were no stones, and it tasted great. When you eat something that is so common that it tastes so good, it's a pleasant surprise. This is how I felt about these.

Ordering from Amazon with other items is not a good idea

The product itself is fine; however, Amazon packed it, and the bag was busted, resulting in the loss of half of my order, which was packed with other items/boxes. The bag was broken due to the rough transportation. I attempted to get a refund/replacement, but Amazon informed me that the item was not eligible for a refund. Order this by itself if you want to do yourself a favor.

There isn't any junk. Yellow split pea soup is one of our favorite dishes. I've already made two batches of this. It's the same thing with green and yellow bell peppers. There were no rocks or other debris, and they were spotless.
