These beans were excellent in the Tuscan Bean Stew with Panchetta that I prepared.
Very mild flavor, not as strong as some other bean families. After trying these, I prefer white beans because they have the mildest flavor. I prefer to make flour with these because of the mild flavor. I follow a gluten-free diet and these are perfect.
Bob's Red Mill products are guaranteed to please. I couldn't find dried cannellini beans anywhere, so I had to buy them on the internet.
