I have purchased two jars of this, and it is the creamiest one on the market. I do not keep it There is a label on the jar or information you get about Ghee that says it can be kept on the shelf for up to a month without refrigeration. Even if I didn't use it every day, I used it all the time.

There are a lot of uses for it in Indian cooking, and it is also becoming popular here in the U. S. Unlike store bought ghee, Purity Farm ghee requires no refrigeration because it is so pure (clarified). Everything I cooked with the curry turned out very well (soup, rice, oatmeal, hot cereals, vegetables. The Ghee also helped make my endless hot teas go down easier (with a little sugar and some spirit too)

Since I have been experimenting with different ghees lately, this is my I think fifth brand. I find a few of the more popular options quite bland. It had a decent flavor and texture to it, and I was surprised. My experience with ghee is rather limited maybe it's just because I love butter, but I am not bothered by this one at all. While I am still on the search for one that will blow my socks off, this one is a sure thing.
Purity Farm's ghee is far superior to any ghee I've tried elsewhere (okay, I've tried ghee from one other source as well), but no other ghee I've tried has come close. Consider the possibility that Kerrygold (or some other fancy butter) could be clarified and made into clarified butter. If your wife rejects this premium clarified butter and instead offers you Purity Farm - it's a frustrating situation. Trying to cook with it made me envision how it was marketed in my head when I first tried You can't stop smelling the butter when you heat it, it gives off such a mouth-watering scent The pan was almost too hot for me after I tried to lean into it. I only regret that I bought a jar that contained 7 different flavors. It's only 5 oz, not enough to last a lifetime. There is no doubt that I will buy.
This is a good product with a Last time I ordered from iHerbs I ran into a small issue (unrelated to the product quality) and was forced to contact customer service. I was able to resolve the issue the same day after receiving a response in a matter of hours. I have experienced excellent customer service from them.
Although I didn't expect it, it turned out to give me an allergic reaction. The product has gone to someone who doesn't have allergies since it was too late to return.
