Dairies located along the coast of Northern California produce butter. With the unique climate, you can enjoy the outdoors all year long The pastures are grazed around the year, on average 300 days or more The ghee we make has a consistent beautiful yellow color because of this. The cows are fed silage or haylage, which is freshly harvested from the farm and small amounts of organic grains ranging from 2 to 3 pounds per cow, for about two months in the winter when grass isn't growing as fast because of the cold and short days. There are 6 pounds in the bag. Approximately 10% of their food intake comes from milk, which is less than per milking. Corn or barley mix is used to produce the grain. It is our goal to pass the butter produced during those winter months on to the next generation. This should be of some assistance.

This was used to fry some pork schnitzel, and it created an amazing flavor! The schnitzel you eat in Germany is fried in ghee, and it's definitely The fact that it was organic and non-GMO was also appealing to me. The product was excellent. I would buy it.
The creaminess and smoothness make it great for a snack. In spite of that, the Ghee is very expensive. If you are not bothered by the cost, I would definitely recommend that you try it.
I've been looking for grassfed ghee for so long. This one is great. Since it doesn't say it's 100 percent grassfed, it's only 4 stars instead of 5.
In addition to using it on toast, waffles, pancakes, and sautéed meals, I also used this for dips. I feel like it's way too expensive for the amount of product you get. A quarter cup COULD have fit in the middle of my jar, but there was an air hole in the middle instead. No way would I buy at that price again.
I didn't like the flavor at all and it tasted rancid and was difficult to spread. There are better things out there!.
The product is very creamy and I like it! Whenever I cook on the stovetop, I use a frypan.
The color is fantastic. I like it because it's clarified butter with a nice grassy flavor It is fed in.
It tastes great and I like that the cows fed on grass are so happy to produce it.
