We've been forced to switch over to using Ghee recently due to a family member's diet restrictions, so I've purchased a few brands of the product. Hands down, this is the best brand we have bought so far. On the other hand, other brands separate, so you have a white creamy layer on the bottom and an oil layer on top. It remains solid and doesn't separate as well as imparting an aroma and taste more related to butter. In this case you definitely get what you pay for even though it is more expensive than other brands.
This taste will be to your liking. The taste of this ghee is almost the same as the ghee I used to make at home. The price is high, but it is worth every penny.
My favorite way to use it is to lightly sprinkle it on most things. It almost tastes like caramel. While it's challenging to fit it into my budget, it's something I buy once a year and try to make last as long as possible. In spite of what some believe, I've yet to use any of these products and not find that it's a better version than what it was before. In my circle of friends, I recommend this regularly as well. I recommend you give it a try. You shouldn't miss out on this!.
I've been impressed with the consistency of quality in the last few I used to make ghee at home and this is the only ghee so far that comes close to what she used I really appreciated the authenticity and flavor of the food.
