Has a great taste, but is very expensive. You are getting a lot for the price, but it is still outrageous. Butter that has been put into a container is called ghee, and it is nothing more than clarified butter. Making it at home simply involves melting unsalted real butter over low/medium heat and then turning it into a pudding by adding a pinch of salt during the cooking process. We filter the leaves through coffee filters and pour the juice into Ball brand glass jars and seal with a heat gun.
