It was smooth and amazing the first time I bought it, but gritty and drying the second time. As well as being lighter in color, the gritty one had a rough texture. There seems to be a problem with As I struggled with the paleo diet, I still used it for double chocolate paleo cookies

What are the differences between regular ghee and this?

Typically, ghee is melted butter that has been filtered so that its milk proteins and fat insoluble solids remain. It is less allergenic and has a higher flash point before burning when heated because of this. The ghee has also been cultured by adding healthy organisms that ferment the fat and make it less likely to spoil, is that correct? A healthier diet.

I have a thing for caramel - There is a nutty aroma to this
5/5

This is one of the best drinks I have ever had. There are not enough stars to give this a full star rating. Now that I have tried 3 different brands of ghee, I feel more confident. The taste and smell are both delicious, but this ghee is the best I've tasted. It's rich, creamy, and more buttery than the other two In general, however, it is the smell that I find so attractive. The ghees you're seeing here are just getting an idea of what the flavor and texture are like since I have only tasted two types of clarified butter and now three different kinds of ghee. The free version). Yet another brand had a much more solid feel to it. This is a better tasting coffee than either of those and it has a pleasant nutty, buttery, and caramel aroma that these two did not have. As I said, the taste test is what matters most, so I did use this in my coffee and You will not budge from the taste. It is so mellow and rich at the same time. (If you make your own bulletproof coffee, let me tell you that this one tastes better than any other ghee or butter you have ever *) I had heard of "toasted" butter ghee, but this one simply claims that it is cooked longer for the color and flavor to develop. In any case, I like the taste of this better than the blander ghees I have tasted. In addition, I enjoy that the label provides information (grass-fed cattle and organic farming Feed, cultured, organic, unsalted, and so on. the company to find out if it was lactose-free As well as Cassien- There was no charge (it was not). In the end, the price was the primary concern I had when I ordered this since I could get some local ghee for less than $9). There is enough aroma and flavor to make this worth paying more because I like it so much. I am eating ketogenic meals as well as using good quality oil as part of my diet, which is why this brand of ghee is going to be a staple in my diet. The only thing I wish for is to be able to find it locally so I could replenish my storage!.

It is by far the best ghee I have ever tried! I'm sorry- An update on my NO
3/5

The update is On Monday, August 16, 2019, and Tuesday, August 17, The firm that sent me the rancid jar responded to my contact request on 8/7/19. After contacting them, they refunded me the price of the purchase within a few days. It's the only time I have not been glad to receive this ghee from them. I have ordered this ghee from them on several occasions in the past. The ghee I have been using is my favorite. In the future, they will definitely look at their product more closely before shipping it The following update has been released The following information will be available on August 7 This morning, I received a 16 oz jar full of brown butter ghee, half of which was black and half which was the usual brown color. A strange situation! This company has supplied brown butter ghee to me multiple times using this formula, but I have never seen anything like that It tasted good when I opened I am so sorry! There was a strange taste to this, maybe it was I was disappointed because it is an item I look forward to using and it is both healthy and delicious. If a refund is granted or another jar is sent without the defect in this jar, I will update you! I've worked with a variety of ghee across different countries, and this brown butter cultured ghee provides the best flavor and consistency. This brown butter ghee caught my eye on a deal here where plain organic ghee and this ghee were on sale. I fell in love at first sight with this buttery product. I love regular ghee because of the flavor, but this ghee has a depth of flavor that regular ghee just can't match. There's nothing else like it in the world. The reasons I consume ghee are for health reasons and to treat painful inflammatory joints and arthritis I suffer from, however, I have always been attracted to ghee's taste and cooking properties as well. Until May 2017, the most recent order I placed for this product was for The 32 oz jar is usually what I get. A couple days ago, I received a package that was so securely packaged To protect the jar, it was put into a small box that just fitted the jar. After wrapping it in bubble wrap, the small box was secured inside a larger box with braces so that it could not move around inside the large I'm glad to see Amazon succeeding! I am updating my May 2018 report. The brown butter ghee from Pure Traditions is still my favorite. I can tell you personally how much I enjoy its rich flavor and how it compares to regular ghee. If you try it, you'll also see how wonderful it is. If you use ghee for making grilled cheese sandwiches, the outside of the bread will be crispy while the interior will be This is delicious! This is something you should definitely try! There is no doubt that this brand of brown butter enhances the flavor. You'll enjoy it!.

I love how heavenly it smells! There is nothing quite like the smell of butter
5/5

I find it to be more convenient to use for certain cooking tasks than my current one The international grocery sells the ghee I buy from my family's traditional pharmacy. Ghee is not only used for cooking, but also for cosmetic purposes (today, I treated a burn with it). Definitely a scent and taste to remember). As of now, I've used half a jug of brown butter and am starting to ration it since I can't find any more sellers with good brown butter on Amazon. Apparently, it isn't difficult to brown butter at home in the manner of French beurre noisette (saw some videos on YouTube). Just make sure you don't burn your batch because inhaling fumes or eating them is not a good idea). If I run low, I may give it a try, but I don't think it will be the same as the stock Still, as a sauce for seafood or meat, it may be interesting, even worthwhile to give it a go.

I like the taste, but not the texture
4/5

The texture is not my favorite, so I'm not crazy about it. There are grainy spots on it. The fact that it is organic and cultured is very appealing to me, however. This is less expensive than another brand I used before, but it's just not as good to me as my preferred brand. There is nothing wrong with this product, but I just don't use it as often as my preferred brand This one has a silky smooth texture and is I don't like it in my coffee as I do with the usual one. It's okay for cooking, but I don't like it in my coffee. Despite being a good product, I do not name or mention the brand of the product in my review out of respect for it. However, I am willing to provide in comments to those who are interested.
