Prior to COVID's shutdown, I purchased organic ghee from a local Indian store which made me realize that it is possible to find big differences between the quality, flavor, and texture of this product across many tried finding the same brand on the manufacturer's site and other shopping sites but it is no longer available anywhere. My next purchase was another brand that I was not impressed with. The search for great-looking cars was back on I discovered the ratings on Ahara when I was tasting ghee. Trying to find products that are made in the USA is also very important to me, plus I like the story of how they make their product. However I did think that maybe given that it was made here rather than the place where it originated it would lack some of the qualities of the original. I was wrong about the depth and flavor of the sauce. The ghee I have tried from international stores has far outshone everything I have tried and I am no expert, however this product by far outperforms the actual Ghee I was trying to compare and is definitely the finest ghee I have ever tried. Another flavor I purchased is on the way and I can't wait to try it. I really like how it arrived delicately wrapped, and it included a free travel size. It's now a habit for me to check the price of everything on Amazon, since there's a lot of overcharging. When you purchase this product from the manufacturer on Amazon, the price is the same as it is on their website for the same product. My life will never be the same again, I can't imagine ever using traditional butter.

Not only is this ghee made of grass-fed butter, but it is also organic. In addition to being organic, it has been raised on grass. Additionally, it has a higher smoking/cooking point, so it does not cause the same types of cancer that occur with cooking with extra virgin olive oil or other oils with lower smoking So, it is perfect for cooking on the stovetop or grill. The fact that it does not require refrigeration means I can leave it out on the counter for easy access. I love the flavor it provides to my dishes, and I also use it for cooking. When I was looking for a healthier alternative when it comes to stir-fries, this was one of the best ideas I came up with Both grilling and frying are effective ways to cook. The product is excellent and I will certainly buy it again.

The food was absolutely delicious and very good value. When you put a dollop of this on poached eggs or ham, I'm on KETO. Oh my gosh! It's a blessing to have cauliflower and broccoli! There are two pounds of honey in this Amazing value for the money! It's time for me to retake this when it's time Order is imperative.

The ghee tastes so aromatic and reminds me of the ghee we used to cook with back home in India from a Parsi dairy. I like it a lot.

best way to fry with butter. If you use oil you may have to keep adding butter. Since it is so well done, you do not need to add nearly as much amount of flavoring as you would expect. I have used this Ghee for the second time since this month and I have a hard time using other oils due to the flavor enhancement and ease of cooking with.

It took me just a short time to receive Having yet to use it, I can't comment. There's no doubt that it smells good, though. In perfect condition, the package was packaged well and arrived on time. Then, a sample of the Ethiopian spiced ghee was given to me, and I was very interested to taste it.

I absolutely love the color and texture of this. This is a delicious dish! Ghee from some of the other brands I've tried would be primarily used for cooking, but I might not love it as much as a bread or bagel spread. The brand tasted so good when I licked my fingers (a little bit made its way onto my fingers), I tried it on my baguette and it was delicious! The fact that it is made in small batches is awesome. Each jar bears a batch number handwritten in blue ink.

It's great to see this GHEE back. The taste is exactly the same as when my mom used to make GHEE But, I already bought a 32 Oz jar for $25 elsewhere. I have found other places where I can buy it for less than half the price.
