After going "no grain," I tried other substitutions but chickpea flour is my preferred flour. My favorite cookbook is the chickpea flour cookbook, which I highly recommend. I typically purchase 4 bags at a time.

However, the flour I need at my local supermarket is $6 a bag. This bag barely lasts me a few days for the price of 00. As I began to look on Amazon, I came across this brand whose reviews were fantastic. I was also paying $5 for double the amount of what I typically get, Like regular flour, the texture of this is soft, it smells fresh, and the packaging is easy to seal so that it can be stored safely. This is a brand that I would highly recommend and will definitely be purchasing in the future!.
