A non GMO chickpea flour purchased from Bob's Red Mill was stone ground and non GMO. There is no indication on the package that the product was The ingredients are You can also call them garbanzo beans. Thank you, hopefully that helped.
The idea appeals to me, but I haven't tried it yet. have not used the remainder of this flour because I did not succeed at what I had tried.

A product that is not organic is not this one. There is no organic label on Bob's Red Mill's products - though there are words like organic on the packaging. This is possible.

You should be careful when you buy. The chickpea flour usually comes in perfect condition, and the last time I ordered it, it arrived intact. It's time to do it this time. This isn't so much of an issue. Moreover, I am not even eligible to receive a refund since the item is not eligible for a refund, and I just received.
The more diabetics I could get to use garbanzo bean flour, the better off they would be. For thickening gravies, coating baked fish, and so on, it can be used instead of flour.
