The product is good for you, but I tend to find the taste a bit bland. I mix it with coconut flour to improve the taste.

Sprouting bean flour is nice to come across

Sprouting bean flour is nice to come across. The process of grinding garbanzo beans in a food processor worked well for me. I now prefer it to grinding them myself.
