Questions & Answers

Why is there a bag under there?

Despite my best efforts, I do not understand this question. I have asked you to understand that the bottom of the bag is made of the same fabric as the sides, but like I said before the entire bag is lined with silver foil to make sure the flour does not touch

What is the difference between this and wheat flour when it comes to thickening sauces and gravies? Does it taste good, feel good, and how much of it did you use?

No, it does not come from wheat, but from a bean. There is therefore a nutty or bean flavor to it. Adding it to recipes is a healthy addition. You can use it as a mask to tighten the skin on your face. The problem is that it is very difficult to remove after applying to the face. My advice would be to try it in your bread, rolls, sweet rolls, cakes, pie crusts, gravies, soups, pancakes, dumplings, biscuits, cookies, and salad dressings to see if you enjoy it.

During batch testing, I assume you run each batch in a controlled environment. Is gluten the only thing you are testing for? In your opinion, what do pesticides/insecticides and pollutants such as lead have to do with this?

Hello, I am not the manufacturer I am just one of the consumers.

Can you tell me whether it is in a paper bag or plastic bag?

The flour is completely lined with a silver foil layer, so that the plastic is not exposed to the flour. It appears to be an outer plastic bag.

It has an odor when it's in the bag, but after cooking it isn't noticeable
5/5

I am always looking for products that are gluten-free. As someone with a gluten sensitivity, I use products in my cooking regularly. It is my desire to make dumplings and stuffed pasta such as ravioli that makes me so happy. In my search for a basic recipe, I came across one that called for chickpea flour I thought I would give it a try on my My first impression when I opened the package was "this isn't going to work. ". The odor is the reason for the recall.
Despite my best efforts, I did not detect any flavor or smell coming from chickpea flour after I cooked it. I cut, shaped, filled and sealed the dumplings with ease. The dough was "stretchy" enough to allow me to do so. Here is my review of the dumpling press if you'd like to see the results There is a recipe for the dough used to make dumpling wrappers. If you are using another kind of pasta, you can modify it a bit. It consists of 150 grams chickpea flour, 125 grams tapioca starch, and 125 grams white rice flour, plus about 3 or 4 grams of xanthan gum (about a teaspoon). Also, add around 1 cup of warm water to blend. Let the dough rest for about 5 minutes, then knead it again. You should not have any problems with the dough sticking to your hands and should not have any troubles stretching it If it was plastic, it would be like the Play-Doh If you still play with Doh (or did when you were a kid), then that's fine. Depending on how much water you need (a teaspoon goes a long way, don't add more than that or the dish will become too wet), you can always add more. Please note that If you use rice flour, make sure that it is SWEET. It is sweet rice flour that is used to make mochi, if you are familiar with it. In Japan, mochiko is sometimes called glutinous rice, but that's just a term for gluey rice. It does not contain gluten, for example. The other rice flours do not contain quite the same amounts of amylopectin, so they do not have the stretchy characteristics this recipe needs. Below is a product that's quite good in terms of quality that's sold on Amazon This chickpea flour is available in resealable bags and will become a staple in my kitchen once I've tried it There are no recipes to download. This book is highly.

The food is great and the price is good too

The game is the latest addiction I've developed! Although I had so many recipes I wanted to try, they were not available at my local grocery store. The organic, non-GMO movement is all I care about No GMO is in these products, which are vegan, full of nutrition, and great tasting. My heart jumped for joy when I saw this brand! This has a strong chickpea flavor, but I expected it I'll just have to watch the amounts when using it in more delicate recipes such as baking. I have used it to make flatbreads, homemade pastas (this is where it shines for me), veggie burgers and will continue to find more and more uses in replacing those nasty nutritionless white flours. Keep doing what you are doing and I will do the same.

Thank you for the special bake you made for me
5/5

Whenever I make a rice dish, I mix chickpea flour with other flours. If it gives your bake a good texture, you've done well. You should not use too much of it. If other ingredients are used in place of 1 cup, it would be 1/4 cup.

As I am grain intolerant, I took the place of grains in my hotcakes with it and a little arrowroot powder and banana flour
5/5

The cake is well bound together by it. There was no bad taste at all. Because I usually follow the Autoimmune Protocol diet to the letter, I still experienced some stomach upset when I ate chick peas or garbanzo beans, even though I took enzymes to Beans are a good source of fiber. In fact, most people can tolerate this flour. This is a nutritious product, and going organic is the smartest choice.

I'm very happy with it. I think this stuff is pretty cool! As a thickener for soups, sauces, and gravies, and so much more, I use this for socca, vegan omelettes, and eggs!.

A DISCOMFORTABLE GASM
3/5

As far as my body is concerned, Bob's Red Mill Chickpea Flour is no trouble for me. It's fine for me to use humus, as well as canned chickpeas (if I rinse them well first). The reason I bought Anthony's flour was that it's organic, and I couldn't find Bob's Red Mill Organic Chick Pea Flour at my local supermarket There was a complication with that idea, unfortunately. if they have been well rinsed prior to This reaction is different from any other form of chickpeas I've eaten, which must be due to their preparation. There is no return policy, so I am stuck with an opened bag that I cannot.
