Several times I have used this in two different recipes since I bought it at the grocery store. When you mix it with anything else, it smells strange, almost as if it has gone rancid. Additionally, the taste is extremely off-putting once it is cooked. It will ruin all your baked goods - stay away from chickpea flour. It instantly transforms your baked goods into mush.
