It has a strong flavor. There is something different about the bag. The package I received had no nutrition information. Those are the things that make Apart from that, I think it's fine. It's soft and nourishing. The flavor of this soup is really strong. It should be used with care. In lieu of this, I would use something else. If you are baking sweets, I would use another flour with a milder flavor.
It is a wonderful tasting flour made from chickpeas. Among my favourite uses of the press are to make Socca and vegan recipes that used egg whites, such as frittatas, quiches, breakfast muffins, and tofu omelettes for a more substantial taste. No nutrition information is provided. The label was homemade at a cheap price. Is it possible that the product is a repackaged large I don't know where they came from. My gut feeling is that I am not getting what I want. If I could receive a refund, that would be great.
The bottles are easy to store and easy to seal. My family and I loved the Vegan Irish soda bread muffins we made with this chickpea flour for breakfast! These are wonderful products and I will probably buy more from them in the future! Thanks so much.

I really appreciate you sharing this. Pizza crust dough is made with this flour. Using this recipe as an alternative to flour is very healthy. It will not rise much, so it will be very tasty and crusty.
