I just paid $16 for one 16oz bag and received it today. According to the product information, the price is 0. 25 cents per ounce, which equates to 64 ounces or four bags. Is anyone else having this problem?

For $16, you get 16 ounces of beer. The number 00 is completely insane! At the same price, I received a box with four separate packages inside. 00 for a 16oz package is a good deal, not $16. 00 for a 16 oz. package They messed up your order a lot, so give them a call.

Is Gabonzo bean powder the same as Gabonzo flour? i.e., just milled dried gabonzo beans with no other ingredients? Is it possible to make hummus out of it?

Because it is milled dried garbanzo (chickpea) flour, I believe you can make hummus with it by adding the necessary liquids and oils. I used it to make chickpea fritters, or panelle as they're known in Italian, that you couldn't make with whole fresh chickpeas. Fresh garbanzos or chickpeas, rather than the four, would seem to be the best option for hummus because it is a moist dish.

It's a fantastic way to inject some hilarity into your routine

Toss in some free protein when you're preparing a meal! This flour is one of my favorites! I began by simply substituting 1/3 cup Garbanzo Bean Flour, 1/3 cup mashed sweet potato, and 1/3 cup tapioca flour (which comes from the cassava root!) for 1 cup regular flour in a standard pancake recipe. ) and it makes a delicious pancake that doesn't make me feel jittery from carbs or give me a hangover. I believe it is due to the high protein content of this flour. And in my research, I've discovered that it's a true workhorse when it comes to gluten-free cooking. Recipes are available for free. It works well as a meat or vegetable crust, a soup thickener, or a binding agent in veggie burgers and crab cakes. It's a fantastic way to boost the protein content of your meals! I was so proud of my recipe that I shared it with all of my friends on Snapchat, who are probably wondering why I don't just post my meals on Instagram. Guys, don't be so jealous! (Isn't that what the kids are saying? Due to the fact that my pancakes were completely charred).

BUYING RIP OFF IS NOT A GOOD IDEA

The description stated 4 pks of 16oz flour, but I only received a single bag of flour for $10. To make matters worse, I made two purchases and was ripped off both times, with no refunds or exchanges. BUYING THIS PRODUCT IS A MISTAKE!.

This is such a letdown

This is such a letdown. I made muffins right away, but they were awful. I had opened two bags and placed them in a half gallon jar, but when I looked at the other two bags, the sell by date was over two months before I received them, yep, they were over two months old, and who knows how old this stuff was. The other two bags were also outdated when I pulled them from the trash. I'm not going to order anything else from now on.

Although useful for making veggie burgers, it has the potential to turn food bitter

Bob's produces high-quality goods at an affordable price. br>I purchased this primarily to add protein and nutrition to meatless dishes. I've been making my own veggie burgers, and this powder seemed like a good way to firm them up and add some protein. The flavor of the flour isn't particularly appealing on its own, but it improves with the addition of seasoning and other ingredients. I did notice that adding too much seems to make things bitter, which is why I deducted a star. Aside from that, I'm pleased with this purchase.

It's a great product, and I really like it

Fantastic value for money! In a single box, there are 4 lbs. It was my first time trying chickpea flour, and it was delicious. I'm completely smitten! I made an omelet that was vegan. It's so easy to make with this product, and it's packed with nutrients that vegans and gluten-free people like me need. There were no holes or leaks in any of the four bags. The bottom of the box was open, but it did not cause any harm. It isn't due to expire until September of 2020. This seller is someone I would buy from again. Thank you a lot!.

It's the worst chickpea flour I've ever tasted; I'm used to cooking with chickpea flour because it makes my baking fluffy, but this one is so heavy it'll feel like you've added cement. br>br>doesn't it make your hair stand out?.

It's also high in protein. I believe this is a fair price for a high-quality product; I've recently discovered a variety of uses for chickpea flour, and it's ideal for gluten-free baking. Any dish will benefit from the addition of protein. I use it to make vegan (no eggs or dairy) quiche, and I recently tried the homemade falafel recipe on the back, which was delicious!.
