I wonder why this batch of green beans contains immature beans. They had to be so cheap for us to afford them. This is a weird, bitter, green flavor that differs greatly from Bob's usual products. Bob's refuses to buy any food from a marginal producer who dumps shoddy quality food on the streets. It's possible they are under the impression nobody will return and sales will continue due to Internet You should never believe what you see.
As I am finishing up my pancakes for breakfast this morning, I realized that last night I had made them last night. You can use the flour to make tasty food in no time at all. Just add water to the flour and whatever veggies and herbs you have on hand. Cook it in a Mediterranean socca or in an Indian curry. It was delicious.
