Why not combine the two? Nuts are good for you. However, in comparison, it is quite costly. I don't use it in the kitchen because I prefer EVO, but it's great for drizzling on salads. This is a good option.
If you're looking for a strong flavor, this isn't the place to go. This isn't fake oil; it's the real deal.
I used it in a variety of situations and it performed admirably in all of them.
The oil appears to be of good quality and has a walnut flavor, but without having tried walnut oil from any other brand, it's difficult to give it an accurate rating. It's silky smooth, and the addition of walnut flavor to almost any salad is a definite plus.
