Liquids should be done by volume 32, which is 32 oz. It's either that or it's very close. I use natural oils in a lot of my recipes, so the weight was a good indicator. This was most likely not the amount stated on the package when it came to filling the container. The liquid weight of walnut oil received, as shown in my photo, was 28 oz (3 gallons). I also weighed the container and it weighs 4 oz when full and empty. As a result, the company measures by weight rather than volume, as stated in the listing. The flavor is mild, as described, and the color is light, as shown, so it's a win-win situation.
This was purchased to lubricate our butcher block counters. We've heard that walnut oil offers a little more protection than mineral oil over time, so we'll see. It appeals to me that this is not a petroleum-based product. based, and this particular brand provided excellent value for money. I will continue to buy.
I've been using it in conjunction with CBD oil on my thyroid. I'm not sure if that was the cause, but my TGAb antibodies were significantly reduced. I'm going to make a salad with it soon.
Great product with a great flavor.
The number of things you can do with it astounded me.
It wasn't completely filled.
