It was a good substitute for me! My wife and I used this oil to saute and it was delicious! In the past, I would have tried frying chicken or fries in it, but it is very expensive to fill a fryer or cast iron skillet

It is one of the ingredients I use when I make tortilla dough and crochetes for fish. The bread is very light, not extremely flavorful, and able to stand up to extreme heat when It is amazing how light and fluffy my tortillas are. There is not much difference between this and olive oil. The 8oz bottle was not for me, so I purchased two 64 oz bottles instead.
