As I season my 5-week-old ham, I have been trying to find an oil with a high smoke point Steel pans stacked on top of one another. An oven thermocouple was placed on the hot pan, and a temperature gun was pointed at the surface to measure the temperature. My bottle of smoke was vaporizing at lower temperatures than advertised. Not sure if I got a bad one or if something's wrong. Is there a pure avocado oil I should try?.

The BP is 15 points lower this month than it was in the last year after only two months of use, so I think it's lowering my blood pressure. This is some of the best cooking oil I have ever used! The box was a gift for some friends as well as a gift This cooking oil is a favorite among everyone. It used to be that we would cook with olive oil, but it would always Once this happens, the oil will start to leave a bad taste (since it is burned). Let's add in a bit of avocado oil to make this happen. There's no comparison between this stuff and olive oil when it comes to burning. So far, we have not had any issues with the flavor or the cooking process. We have cooked pork chops, steaks, fries, eggs, etc. My experience with this stuff has been excellent and I recommend it to everyone!.
