Questions & Answers

Is it a glass bottle or a plastic bottle?

Yes. Bottle made of glass.

What is the highest temperature at which the steam-generating apparatus can operate? reaches the stage of expeller processing? Is the temperature higher than 250 degrees Fahrenheit?

I have no idea. However, this is irrelevant because the oil product has a smoke and burn point of around 500 degrees!

Although the package says cold pressed, the picture shows expeller pressed. I prefer cold pressed coffee, and I'm curious which one I'll get if I order again. ?

Cold- Oil that has been pressed is expeller-pressed. pressed at a temperature of less than 120 degrees F; without having to go through the extra-heated refining process Expeller- The term "pressed" refers to oil that has been mechanically pressed and may be left unrefined or refined with heat. To put it another way, cold-blooded. pressed as well as expeller- Both pressed and expeller-pressed are terms that are used to describe the process of extracting something oil that has been pressed The use of heat is used in refining.

Is this oil room temperature? pressed?

The term "cold pressed" is used on the label. natural refinement In comparison to other oils on the market, I think this one is excellent. I found the following information on the internet, which may assist you in determining whether the oil is right for you: br>br>"There is a second, naturally refined category." This is a relatively new process that involves mechanical rather than chemical refinement of the oils. Avocado oil is one of the few oils with a high smoke point that can withstand this process. This process yields a stable, high-heat cooking oil that isn't quite as good as unrefined oil but far superior to regular refined oil. However, it will not provide the same level of skin benefits as unrefined. br>br>Avocado oil that has not been refined will be cold-pressed. Apart from being filtered, it was pressed and not touched in any way. It retains all of the nutrients, flavors, aromas, and colors that make it so beneficial to your health. Unrefined, naturally refined, and refined would be the order of healthy preference in this case. "Thank you! "br>br>

Concerning the company's organic status, I received an excellent response
5/5

It's a fantastic oil. It didn't say it was organic on the bottle, but labels don't always tell the whole story. So I came up with the question. I've included a copy of the company's response below. I am content: "We use over 30 million avocados per month, and there aren't enough certified organic avocados to meet our needs because of the volume of our production. " The good news is that Our avocado oil has been certified as non-GMO and gluten-free. Free of GMOs and Glyphosate Residue Certification! Avocados are naturally pest-resistant because they have a protective skin and are grown high off the ground. Pesticides are used sparingly, if at all, and herbicides are never used. Avocados are always number one on the Environmental Working Group's list of non-toxic foods. The "Clean 15" is a group of organic foods. Our oil is tested for purity on a regular basis. Our avocado oil must pass stringent tests before it can be shipped internationally. To ensure that our oil is free of chemicals, herbicides, and pesticides, we test it for hundreds of chemicals, herbicides, and pesticides.

This oil is fantastic
5/5

I adore this oil; it's delicious and beneficial to your health. This Amazon price irritates me to no end!! For some reason, I assumed that paying this much for the quality of this oil (almost 28 bucks on Amazon) was reasonable; however, I had no idea that a major outlet store (starting with "C" and ending with "O") sells the same oil-- For just over $9, you can get the same exact brand and size (33 ounce)! My apologies; at the very least, I know where to go next time, and I will definitely buy from you- know- Who will it be the next time?.

This was purchased because of its high smoke point of 500°F. I can't taste it because it's almost clear, but I assume it's fine because I try not to buy food made in Mexico. A California company imports and distributes this brand, but it is refined and bottled in Mexico. I'm looking for oil made from avocados grown in California. This is a large glass bottle that holds nearly 34 ounces and has a four-year shelf life. Once opened, the container will last for 5 months. It contains 10 grams of monounsaturated fat per tablespoon, 2 grams of saturated fat, and 2 grams of polyunsaturated fat, for a total of 14 grams of fat per tablespoon. I've been using olive oil, but this has a higher smoke point than most olive oils, which have a lower smoke point of around 350 degrees. Apart from the origin (Mexico) and price (high), there are no other drawbacks. ALL THAT BEING SAID, I later found a 51 ounce bottle of Tropical brand same quality oil for six bucks less at Walmart grocery and got nearly twenty more ounces. This oil is made in Mexico, and the larger brands state that it is made in the United States, Mexico, or Spain. I'm blown away by all of the 5-star reviews. To me, it's a standard item that's overpriced.

I've never used a better cooking or baking oil! Cooking and baking are two of my favorite things to do
5/5

I bought this oil with the intention of using it exclusively for wok cooking (see photo), but it turned out to be so good that I now use it for all of my cooking and baking needs. br>br>Whether used as an ingredient or a frying medium, avocado oil enhances the flavor of any dish. The oil has a pleasant earthy aroma in my opinion, but it does not transfer into food. My homemade sourdough flat breads (see photo) are also fluffier. as well as more flavorful - Compared to the unfiltered olive oil I used to make, when fried in this avocado oil. Excellent addition to any baked goods recipe that calls for oil. This oil is fantastic for wok cooking and seasoning cast iron. Furthermore, the avocado oil's healthy fat content is a plus!

In my kitchen, I only have one source of fat
5/5

This oil is one of my favorites for four reasons:

- Excellent lipid profile (similar to olive oil but not as good as coconut oil)br>- It is suitable for medium-sized businesses. high heat (similar to coconut oil but not as hot as olive oil)br>- a taste that is neither pleasant nor unpleasantbr>- Both Western and Eastern cuisines benefit from this ingredient. br>- Non-.

In 2018, I believe I consumed 9 bottles. I adore this oil; it's delicious and beneficial to your health. Every morning, I add 2 to 4 tablespoons to my coffee. br>I despise Amazon's price!!! If it were possible, I would give it zero stars
3/5

If you want to try it, do so at your own risk because it is non-refundable. I tried sautéed onions and peppers with this avacado oil versus a brand I've used in the past and there is no comparison. This oil produced smoke at low heat and had a god awful taste. Make a financial plan.

Who Knew? When cooking on our cooktop, I've always used XVOO
5/5

Until recently, this cooktop was a flat electric cooktop. While it provided adequate heat for most purposes, it did not get particularly hot. Anyway, we ended up installing a very high-end gas burner top in the end. There is plenty of heat. Then there was the smoke, which was ominous. There is a lot of it. I'd never given the smoke point of the oil I was using much thought before. I decided to look into some alternatives to XVOO because it would add a nice flavor. Avocado oil, unrefined, was the obvious choice. a high smoke point, a pleasant but not overpowering flavor It's effective, and it's also good for you. To be honest, I didn't expect the extra heat I can now apply without leaving a burnt, smokey taste residue to have such an impact, but it has, and it's been a fantastic addition to our kitchen. My wife discovered it to be a wonderful skin emollient as a side note. I'll have to get her a bottle of her own so she can leave mine in the kitchen. It does, however, soften the skin of the ladies.
