We have replaced all our canola oils with this oil after our local store stopped carrying it. I was so glad I was able to find it on Amazon at the same price as in my local store! It's a great way to bake and fry without causing the fat to build up in your body! And the price can't be beat.

It is delicious to cook with, and it has a mild, creamy flavor, though I was expecting unrefined, cold-pressed oil to be the case. Despite all that, it is still beautiful.

Since I am being honest, I am not using this oil for cooking. There is too much off-flavor in the smell and taste I cannot ignore what is putting me under pressure. My use of this oil is as a soap making I'd say it's decent enough for those purposes. If I run out of oils, I will continue to purchase them separately and use this experience to learn. soap makers out there, please remember the ratio of 8010. You can mix sunflower oil with avocado oil in a 20-20 ratio.
