I'm pretty sure Michelle says it was plastic
The oil extraction process still needs to be determined, but I am checking into whether cold pressing or expeller pressing is used. However, I don't want anyone in this room confusing the oil extraction process with the refining process, as these are two completely different processes.
In contrast to refined oils, unrefined oils have been minimally heat processed (cold pressed or expeller-pressed) with no bleaching or deodorizing performed In the refined oil industry, oils have been bleached and deodorized, such as moni, a scented coconut oil. It is a common practice to cold press "raw" or "virgin" oils. The hint is When you taste your oil, it does not have a taste (such as The oil does not taste like coconut.) then you have refined coconut oil. The flavor of unrefined oils is similar to the fruit from which they were derived. Extraction of oil from a fruit by pressing it from a mechanical press through a mechanical press does not add any heat or chemicals to the process. The okra usually consists of soft fruits and nuts such as olives, walnuts, etc. As part of the avocado processing process, avocados are expeller pressed.

In the image on the right is what avocado oil looks like. In the image on the left is this product. The reason it costs $8 is now clear to you.
I am not sure if it is the taste or mouthfeel that reminds me of butter, but it is delicious! The avocado oil was amazing in a stir fry of shredded cabbage (just a bit of it, 2 tsp per half head of cabbage) - this is a recipe I have made for years with various oils, but the avocado oil really transformed it. This is a highly recommended book.
I'm trying to go on a Ketogenic diet and some of the recipes in three cookbooks I've purchased from Amazon call for In my small town, I don't know if I can get Avocado oil in stores, but Amazon has it. It's well known that avocadoes are very good for you. In healthline's article, avocado oil is listed as having the following benefits Olive oil is high in the healthy fat, oleic acid, can lower cholesterol, contains lutein, which protects the eyes (I suffer from retinal pucker, so I need lutein), increases absorption of other nutrients, improves skin, and facilitates So what can I say, In addition, the oil is flavored with avocados, which is something I personally like. As a result, I have been using it when cooking vegetables and making salads, as well as a few ketogenic recipes. don't like cooking. The avocado oil I'm using is the first I've ever tried, but it tastes good. Because of its affordability and high quality, I plan to keep purchasing it.
The only thing I use this for is Lip balms, body creams, even cooking are all part of this world. Quite pleased with the outcome!.
This is my first time buying avocado oil, so I was worried about weird smells or tastes, but I'm grateful to have trusted reviews and chosen this over cheap alternatives. However, the plastic container does not change the smell at all. It would be nice to see them use glass containers instead.
The oil I bought is good. I am pleased. Cooking stew meat and popping popcorn were two things I did with it. It is tasty to eat popcorn. There is a very loose fit between the flip top lid and the thin plastic container. Towards the back of the cupboard, I held the bottle at an angle to make it easier to get it behind other items. Approximately one tablespoon of liquid leaked from the lid onto the counter when the lid popped open.
It made me hesitant to buy avocado oil because I thought it would add an aftertaste to the food. However, I have used it a couple of times and it is This hasn't made any difference to me, which is a good thing. My review will be updated if anything changes, but at this point I feel much better about the product than I did with the conventional canola oil that I used previously. It's worth it, and I should be able to use it for at least a couple of.
