I'm not sure why our local supermarket does not stock unsweetened shredded coconut, but it does. So, rather than driving around looking for some, I placed an order on Amazon. That helped because I wasn't in a hurry. The three packages arrived in good shape. It looks as good as it tastes. To be honest, three packages was more than I needed, but I'm finding new ways to use them. As a result, I'm overjoyed.

I didn't pay attention to the title and purchased four orders of this coconut, not realizing that each order is for three bags! So when my 12 bags arrived, I gave a few to family members, who are just as enthusiastic as I am. Even my mother, who is the biggest health hippie you'll ever meet, wanted to take some home with her. I really like how it tastes in my homemade trail mix, which I have to make myself because I have celiac disease and a variety of tree nut allergies. This is both safe and tasty!.

The chips are, on the whole, quite tasty. It tastes like fresh, raw coconut, but it's extremely dry. I was expecting a more moist, chewy texture. It's a little crumbly, to be honest. To add moisture to the bag, I purchased a fresh coconut and will add chunks to it.

I used them to make coconut shrimp in my air fryer, according to a Pampered Chef recipe. Despite the fact that the recipe called for it, I did not add any sweetener, and both my husband and I thought they were delicious! I didn't need all three bags, so I gave one to my son and his girlfriend and kept the other two with the intention of making keto-friendly chocolate coconut bites or protein balls.

I've tried a lot of coconut and this is the best I've ever had Flakes aren't too strong, and the best part is that there's no added sugar. It's a great way to add nutrition to your food, and it's especially good for kids. Put it on a banana and see what happens. Spread a layer of almond or peanut butter on top, then sprinkle coconut flakes and/or chia or flax seeds on top, and finish with almonds. Breakfast or lunch, this dish is fantastic.

It was absolutely ideal - This is what I put in my almond paste that I make myself. seeds of sunflowers - shelled and non-shelled clams - then toss it in with my salad - fantastic - I believe so. Straight out of the bag, I like it a lot as well. This was my third order, and I intend to keep doing so. Thank you.
