Buyer beware: it's half the size of what you'll find in stores

I had never seen a 7oz version of this brand before, so I thought it was reasonably priced until I discovered its true size: this version is HALF the size of the one normally sold in stores (14oz normally), so it was essentially double the price of what I would pay normally. br>br>Overall, this 7oz version is a huge rip-off, and it's designed to deceive consumers into thinking it's the same product they're used to.

I live in a country where sweetened flake coconut isn't available, so I'm not going to try to make my own! For baking, I prefer fresh frozen coconut, but Baker's is a close second

I was hesitant to buy 1. 10 packages in such a large quantity! ) and 2. the product's freshness (there's nothing worse than clumped-up, dry coconut flakes). My box arrived on time, was not close to expiration, and the coconut tasted fantastic: It was light, fresh, and tasted almost as good as it did when it was frozen.
